When Job Searching Becomes Exhausting: What to Do Next

One of the most common comments I hear from job seekers is:
"I'm tired of job searching."
And honestly, I understand why.
When a job search stretches on for months, it becomes very difficult to stay motivated.
Job searching is about much more than resumes and interviews.
It's waiting for responses.
It's rejection.
It's making it through several interview rounds only to learn that another candidate was selected.
It's uncertainty and the constant question:
"What am I doing wrong?!"
That's why it can be helpful to step back and look at the bigger picture.
What has already been tried?
What's working?
What's not working?
Is there something in the job search process that needs to change?
Sometimes the most important question isn't "How much longer do I need to wait?" It’s "What should I try differently?"
